I'm was with Asia on the Vixen situation like I know there's been this thing where nowadays we're like drop toxic friends and all that which in most cases it's for real but this isn't the case. We're not asking for Ru to baby her or to try and talk to her because sometimes you don't have to say shit, just stand there and be like "I'm here for you, you might not want to listen now but I'm here for you". Yes you're allowed to be mad and frustrated at said person but that doesn't mean ignoring someone when they're obviously screaming for help but you couldn't be bothered anymore. I understand Ru's from a tough love kind of world and yes people shouldn't be bothered but you don't abandon people because you are a little inconvenienced, especial in a society that's built upon a sisterhood like that. What type of message does that send? Ru can be wise but his words aren't god and he can be wrong and in this instance he is.
#Sweetbitter is a gritty and entertaining, coming of age, television series, filled with plenty of believable drama. Since it takes place in #NYC, the story is full of nightlife entertainment, as well as providing a terrific backdrop for filming. #EllaPurnell is gorgeous and an undeniably great actress, amongst her fellow cast mates. Highly recommend this series, as it is only six episodes, with plenty of story left for at least a second season.
